Why this matters now
The sector is expected to face a shortage of people — in both quantity and quality. Training those who are already here is the quickest way to respond, and the one that costs employers least.
Hotel teams are multinational, and training rarely reflects that reality: someone who is not fluent in the course language learns less, even if they work just as well. That is why the platform was multilingual from the ground up — subtitles on the videos and texts translated into the language each trainee chooses, with automatic translations flagged until someone has reviewed them.
