Bartender: Classic Cocktails

Beginner Food and beverage service 8 modules 25 hours

A course for bartenders and bar staff. Each lesson combines a short video in British English with a written summary, learning objectives and the official IBA recipes, and every module ends with a multiple-choice test. The instructor in the video lessons is a fictional, AI-generated character. The lessons are general good practice: your establishment's own standards, your manager's instructions and the applicable regulations always take precedence. Alcohol must be served responsibly and only to people aged 18 or over.

Modules: The Bar, Its Tools and Glassware; Spirits, Liqueurs, Mixers and Ice; Techniques and Measuring; Stirred Classics; Sours; Long Drinks; Aperitif, Brunch and After Dinner; Responsible Service and the Guest at the Bar.
