House Keeping Training Course

Parallel English edition of the Housekeeping course. Each lesson combines a short video in British English with a written summary and learning objectives, and every module ends with a multiple-choice test. Hotel safety procedures and product labels always take precedence.

Content so far: the shared Guest Service Essentials module (guest experience, professional image, communication, complaints), the housekeeping department, the trolley, cleaning products and chemical safety, cleaning a departure room, bed making and linen standards, and bathroom cleaning and disinfection. More lessons will follow.
