Safety Management: Safety Coordination Managers

Intermediate Safety and emergency 10 modules 25 hours

Parallel English edition of the safety course for safety coordination managers. Each lesson combines a short video in British English with a written summary and learning objectives, and every module ends with a multiple-choice test. Content is based on a good-practice manual on emergency management. It is general guidance for hotel teams: your hotel's own emergency plan, the instructions of its safety managers and the applicable regulations always take precedence.

Modules: Why Emergency Management Matters; The Principles and the Four Pillars; Risk Analysis and the Risk Matrix; Prevention, Preparation and Exercises; Response: Alert, Assessment and Roles; Recovery, Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement; Evacuation and Your Role in an Emergency.
